Credit/Debit Card Payments:
Once you have completed the check-out process your order is emailed to us and then processed depending on your method of payment we will call you to advise of any out of stock items or amendments to your order.
We will endeavour to have orders placed through this site before 11am on a week day despatched on that day by the selected delivery method. Orders placed after 11am on a week day will be despatched the following day.
Orders placed after 11am on a Friday and before 11am on the following Monday will be despatched on the same Monday. In the event an order is placed on a bank holiday it won’t be despatched until the first working day back.
Cheque Payments:
If paying by cheque then your order WILL NOT be despatched until the cheque is received. You will be called once it arrives to so we can confirm the expected delivery day. In the event the cheque hasn’t arrived after 5 working days we will call you to advise on the situation. If after 5 more working days the cheque hasn’t arrive the order will be deleted from our system.
Stock Reservation for Store Pick-up:
If reserving stock for collection from our Cash & Carry in Leeds you will be called once the order is received and the collection arranged over the phone by one of our advisers.
Please allow at least 1 hour for us to process your order, before setting off to collect. Should you require the products for a specific time please call us once you have completed your order so it can be ready at the earliest.
